Problem  Property management ran on a spreadsheet with no structural link between properties, tenants and leases.

A custom property management system: a multi-tenant owner portal with secure, owner-scoped access, built to expand.

Staff tools, tenant self-service and reporting layer on as the business grows.

Notus Distributors

B2B wholesale distribution · South Africa

Problem  Wholesale and retail customers shared one storefront, but trade pricing needed to stay hidden from the public — and the entire login system it depended on was being shut down by Shopify on a hard deadline.

A custom wholesale access system built on Shopify's new authentication platform: approved trade customers sign in with a one-time code and see trade pricing automatically, everyone else sees standard pricing.

Migrated ahead of the platform deadline with zero disruption to existing customers.

Approach

I build custom operational systems using AI: not a fixed template, but whatever a business's workflow actually needs.

That often means a single database replacing scattered spreadsheets and group chats, with automation running on top of it, but the system is shaped around the client, not the other way around.

The real skill isn't having access to AI. Everyone does now. It's knowing what to build with it, and being able to pick up whatever a client's systems demand quickly enough to actually ship it.
